Handcrafted in small batches at the family-run distillery in Ellesmere, the Limited Edition Apple & Honey Gin is made using crisp red apples and a botanical blend of rose and hibiscus adds delicate floral notes, while a juniper base gives the gin its characteristic warmth and freshness. The addition of Hilltop Blossom Honey ties everything together, enhancing the floral character and lending a smooth, honeyed aromatic that sets this release apart.
