North Shropshire College (NSC) has been selling Cancer Research UK‘s ‘unity bands’ in a bid to raise money for the esteemed charity.
The bands proved a hit with both students and staff alike; raising £160 for World Cancer Day.
Organiser Sally Jones commented: “The multi-coloured bands are a great way to raise money for the charity, letting people show their individuality while at the same time giving to a great cause. I would like to thank everyone at NSC who got involved and gave whatever they could.”
