We all bring different areas of expertise to the partnership. As voluntary and community sector organisations we have always worked closely so we are delighted to have secured the contract formalising the partnership under one umbrella to better support people living within Telford & Wrekin. The new service is called the Wellbeing and Independence Partnership. We will be working across all sectors to ensure people live well closer to where they live.’

Telford and Wrekin Council said ‘This service demonstrates a new integrated and seamless service delivery model which means that the person will need to ‘tell their story only once’ and have a robust first point of contact with appropriate swift response for clients regardless of need, disability, role and age. The service aims to simplify access to information, advice and guidance as well as promoting independence.’
