Seven years ago local landowner Jane Hulton-Harrop planted an amazing 170,000 daffodils in a field in the Gatten Valley near Habberley, Pontesbury SY5 0SJ and the result is a fabulous, and breathtaking display. (What3Words address  https://w3w.co/someone.people.instincts).

Visitors are welcome to come and enjoy the amazing spectacle NOW!

Visitors can also donate to Marie Curie Cancer Care, and Jane has supplied yellow labels (and a pen) for people to write their own personal message for someone special – and then tie the label on the fence by the field. So far over £5,000 has been raised for Marie Curie – which provides care and support for people living with terminal illness and their families across the UK.

People can donate at the Daffodil Field or via the website

Jane Hulton-Harrop said: “It is a privilege to live in such a beautiful valley and we are delighted that we can share our field of daffodils with the many visitors who have given generously to Marie Curie”.
